Personal help
Answering individual questions takes time. We therefore ask for a contribution in advance. You choose the amount. Once your contribution has been received, we will answer your question. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Emailing your question
Please include the name you used for your contribution and the date you made it. If your question concerns a calculation, include the settings and a screenshot or PDF if possible. Tell us what you expected and what you see.
Reporting a problem or sharing an idea
Problem reports and suggestions are welcome without a contribution. We use them to improve Lamistra, although we cannot always reply personally.
